1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or visiting Lumi Nails & MedSpa ("Lumi," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lumi provides nail artistry, brow and lash services, facial treatments, chemical peels, and medical aesthetic services at our location at 2111 S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616. All services are performed by licensed professionals. MedSpa treatments are administered by licensed medical practitioners under appropriate supervision.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform or by calling 1-833-814-LUMI. A valid credit or debit card may be required to hold your reservation. Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or shorten your service to accommodate the next guest. If the remaining time does not allow for a meaningful service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are at the discretion of the guest.

7. Memberships

Membership commitment periods vary by tier: The Foundation and The Edit are month-to-month with no commitment; The Ritual requires a 6-month commitment; The Transformation is a 3-month plan; The Concierge is a 12-month plan. Founding Member pricing is locked for life. Monthly fees are billed automatically on the date of enrollment. Unused monthly services do not roll over, except for The Concierge medspa credit which rolls forward up to 2 months. Members may cancel after the initial commitment period with 30 days' written notice. Membership benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Grand opening and seasonal discounts apply to the original service price and may not be applied retroactively.

9. Health & Safety

Guests are required to disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, and pregnancy status prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service if we determine it may pose a health risk. All MedSpa services require a consultation and signed consent form.

10. Assumption of Risk

While our team takes every precaution to ensure your safety, all aesthetic and medical aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. By receiving services at Lumi, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Results may vary by individual. Lumi does not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Lumi Nails & MedSpa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
