Refund Policy

Effective April 1, 2026

Our Commitment

At Lumi Nails & MedSpa, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every treatment we provide. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we want to make it right.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with a nail, brow, lash, or facial service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A complimentary correction or redo of the service.
  • A credit toward a future service of equal or lesser value.

Corrections must be performed by a Lumi technician and are subject to appointment availability.

2. MedSpa Treatments

Due to the medical nature of injectable treatments (Botox, fillers), microneedling, and chemical peels, these services are non-refundable once administered. All MedSpa clients are required to sign informed consent forms acknowledging the risks, expected outcomes, and non-refundable nature of these treatments prior to service.

If you experience an adverse reaction or complication, please contact us immediately at 1-833-814-LUMI. We will arrange a follow-up consultation at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation Fees

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. Full refund of any prepayment.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
  • No-show: The full service amount may be charged. No refund for no-shows.

Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file and are non-refundable.

4. Membership Refunds

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Members may cancel their membership after the initial 3-month commitment period with 30 days' written notice. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any service or retail product at Lumi. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

6. Promotional & Discounted Services

Services booked at a promotional or discounted rate (including grand opening specials, bundle pricing, and referral credits) are eligible for credit toward a future service but are not eligible for monetary refunds. Credits from promotional services expire 90 days from the date of the original appointment.

7. Retail Products

Retail product purchases (including Hermès Les Mains polish) may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused, unopened condition with the original receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please include your name, date of service, and a description of your concern. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate your concern by emailing info@luminailsandmedspa.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute." All disputes will be reviewed by management within 5 business days.
