What we collect
When you pay at a machine, our payment processor handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a transaction record (machine, amount, time, and a masked card reference) so we can issue refunds.
When you use the app, the app provider stores your account and payment details under its own privacy policy.
When you book pickup & delivery or contact us, we store the details you enter in the form so we can complete your order and reply.
How we use it
To run machines, process payments and refunds, deliver your laundry, send order and confirmation texts, and answer your messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the vendors that make the service work (payment processing, text messaging, form hosting), and only for that purpose.
