Questions people ask before their first visit
Do you really not take cash at all?
Right. Every washer and dryer takes tap to pay (any credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or the app. There's no coin slot and no change machine. Wash & fold and pickup orders are charged to your card as well.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
No. You pay the price posted on the machine and nothing else.
Do I need to bring detergent?
No. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer a specific brand.
What if a machine takes my payment but doesn't start?
Text us at 708-842-6866 with the machine number and the time, and we'll refund the cycle to your card.
How does wash & fold pricing work?
Your bag is weighed and charged by the pound: $1.49 per pound for next day, $1.99 per pound for same day. Bags dropped Saturday, Sunday, or Monday are $1.69 next day and $2.19 same day. Comforters and bedspreads are $20 each. Prices may change with add-ons.
How does 24/7 drop off and pick up work?
You can drop off wash & fold and pick up finished orders any time, day or night, even outside the 6 AM to 10 PM store hours. Text us if it's your first time and we'll walk you through it.
Where do you pick up and deliver?
Lakeview and the surrounding neighborhoods. Enter your address on the pickup page and we'll confirm delivery is available before your first order. Delivery wash & fold is $2.29 per pound and comforters are $25.
What time is the last wash?
10 PM. The doors lock at 11 PM, so a load started at 10 has time to dry.
Skip laundry day entirely.
Schedule home pickup, leave the bag by your door, and get it back washed and folded. $2.29 per pound, charged to your card by weight.
