βοΈ Opening up
Tap the Open scene β or say "Good morning Lumi."
Unlocks the front door, brings up the lights, starts calm music, sets a comfy temperature, and turns on the Open sign.
Then run down the Opening Checklist and tick each item β it resets fresh every morning.
πΈ Prepping a treatment room
Tap Treatment Mode and pick the room.
Dims that room to a soft, warm light, lowers the shade for privacy, sets a cozy temperature, and plays spa music β just for that room.
π΅ Setting the vibe
- One room: open its card, change Music, Light tone or Accent color.
- Whole areas: use Sound Zones β e.g. upbeat up front, calm in treatment rooms, at the same time.
- Tap More on a room card for tone, color, presets & shades.
- Aromatherapy: turn a diffuser on and pick a scent (Lavender, Eucalyptusβ¦) per area.
π Your room
Under Room Access, unlock the treatment room you're assigned to. Every entry is logged automatically.
π Room turnover
On the Room Turnover board, tap a room's status as you go:
- In use when a client's in the room
- Clean when they leave (needs turnover)
- Ready once it's sanitized and set
The front desk sees at a glance which rooms are open.
π§Ό Autoclave β every cycle
After each sterilization run, open the Autoclave Sterilization Log and record it: operator, load, cycle, and Pass/Fail. Run the weekly spore test and log it too. This is your compliance record.
π Closing up
- Goodnight β gentle wind-down (soft lights, shades down, armed Home).
- Close β locks all doors, lights off, music off, flips the sign to Closed, cameras to night watch.
- Away / Alarm β full lockdown + motion alerts to the owner.
Say "Lock up for the night" to run Close.
Finish by ticking the Closing Checklist so nothing's missed.
