Install the Lumi App

Get LumiOS as an app on your phone or the front-desk tablet
Step 1 — open LumiOS in your web browser at:
   (staff: ask the manager for the address)

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open the address above in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an ↑ arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
  4. Tap Add — the gold “L” icon appears on your home screen.
  5. Open the app from that icon and sign in.

Android

  1. Open the address above in Chrome.
  2. Tap the â‹® menu (top-right).
  3. Tap “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
  4. Confirm — the gold “L” icon appears.
  5. Open the app from that icon and sign in.

Signing in

Tap the Front-desk PIN tab and enter your 4-digit PIN. Demo PINs:

Note: Manager, Staff & Guest PINs sign in directly. The Owner PIN adds a quick 2-factor code step (a code texted to the owner; in the demo it auto-fills). For everyday front-desk use, sign in as Manager.

(Change these from Admin → Users before going live.)

🔔 Turn on phone alerts (owner/manager): once installed, open the app → Security Panel → tap “Alert my phone” and allow notifications. You’ll get alarms & power outages pushed to you even when the app is closed. (On iPhone you must add to Home Screen first — that’s why this is step 1.)
Note: Inside the salon on Wi-Fi it just works. To use it away from the salon (and for phone alerts), the manager sets up secure remote access once (Tailscale / Cloudflare Tunnel — see the setup guide).
